Housing is available for up to 30 days in this nine-bedroom home located in kansas city. One of these is our thrive center, a long-term supported housing program. Our urgent care clinics provide same-day access to treatment and medications during acute and crisis situations and help eliminate the need for clients to rely on emergency rooms for. Rediscover offers life skills training in a supervised apartment setting for young adults, age 18-25, who have a mental illness, lack a place to live, and need financial and social support to make a successful transition to adulthood. Individuals in need of financial assistance and out-of-state residents with private insurance are able to seek services.
